Abstract

The necessity of intellectualization of information and organizational processes in the management of socio-economic systems, the necessity of construction and implementation of methods and systems of artificial intelligence and intellectual technologies of decision support are substantiated. The components of information technologies of business intelligence and knowledge management, their properties, features, directions of modeling are considered.
Approaches to creation of intelligent decision support systems, intelligent management systems and choice of knowledge presentation method are defined. The basic principles of fuzzy intellectual systems for supporting managerial decision making are investigated.
