Abstract
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the functioning of the intellectual system (IntS), which is a component of the information system. The purpose of the article is to determine the approach to the formation of requirements for IntS. The work is based on the methodological basis for determining the indicator of the functional efficiency of the organizational system. The effectiveness of the functioning of complex organizational systems in various fields of activity (technical or social) is closely linked to the implementation of information, telecommunication, cloud and intellectual technologies. On the basis of these technologies an informational intellectual system is created, which is the most important component of modern component of the information system it determines the effectiveness of complex organizational systems functioning. Therefore, an assessment of the effectiveness of the information intelligence system functioning as part of the complex organizational systems is an urgent and timely task. To ensure the effective implementation of the intellectual and information management processes of complex organizational systems, it is necessary to quantify the effectiveness of the IntS. As an indicator of the efficiency of the operation of the IntS, the coefficient of ensuring the effectiveness of the use of IntS from the theory of inventory management can be applied.
Keywords: intellectual systems, function quality, coefficient of ensuring the effectiveness, information indicators of intellectual system.
