Abstract

The paper proposes a mathematical model for the distribution of information flows, which searches for paths of minimal weight and allows to minimize the average delay of a data packet in satellite cluster multifunctional information system (SCMIS). The paper defines the average data delay in the SCMIS, the average load factor for data transmission channels, the average bandwidth of the channel, taking into account its loading, the proposed indicator of the efficiency of the distribution of information streams over routes. The problem of rational distribution of information flows in the SCMIS is formulated, which consists in finding such distribution of data streams along routes, for which the efficiency of the distribution of data streams along the routes will receive the minimum value under the conditions not exceeding the value of the intensity of distributed data streams on the duct channel above the bandwidth, the maximum the value of the data packet delay, and also takes into account that the data transmission must be carried out in two routes, to ensure a high level of reliability ones. When solving a given task, a basic distribution of data flows and routes is formed, a tree for determining the routes using the Dykextry algorithm is constructed. The authors propose an algorithm, which takes into account the requirements for the reliability of routing methods, ensuring the transfer of data in two independent routes, which allows, to exchange information on a spare route without re-distribution of information flows. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the service data flows in the SCMIS, caused by gathering information about the status of downloading data channels.
